1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing Upohar Bilash and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or place an order.
2. Use of the Website
You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not use it in any way that is fraudulent or harmful, and you must provide accurate information when placing an order.
3. Products, Orders & Pricing
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Descriptions, images and prices (in Bangladeshi Taka, BDT) are shown as accurately as possible but may change without notice. Hamper contents may occasionally be substituted with items of equal or greater value if a component is unavailable. We may refuse or cancel any order, including where a pricing or stock error has occurred.
4. Gift Deliveries to Third Parties
When you send a gift to another person, please ensure the recipient's name, address and phone number are correct. We may call the recipient to coordinate delivery without revealing the contents or price. Delivery on a specific date is treated as a best-effort commitment and may be affected by conditions outside our control.
5. Payment
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and online payment via the methods shown at checkout (such as bKash, Nagad, Rocket or card through our payment partner). Orders shipped to a recipient other than the payer may require advance online payment. Online payments are collected in full at checkout; COD is collected at the time of delivery.
6. Delivery
Delivery times and charges are estimates shown at checkout and may vary with location, demand and courier conditions outside our control. Same-day delivery applies within Dhaka for orders placed before the daily cut-off time. Please ensure delivery details are correct, as we may call to confirm before dispatch.
7. Returns, Cancellation & Refunds
You may cancel an order before it is dispatched. After delivery, eligible items may be returned or exchanged for a genuine quality issue or a wrong/damaged product if you contact us within a reasonable time of receiving the order, with the item unused and in its original packaging. Perishable items (such as fresh flowers, cakes and chocolates) cannot be returned unless delivered damaged or spoiled. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method or as agreed for COD orders.
8. Privacy & Your Data
